1. What is ZinovyMed?
ZinovyMed is a concierge medical practice, offering personalized, home-based care with a focus on longevity, prevention, and optimized health. Our services include executive physicals, advanced lab testing, hormone therapy, IV treatments, and same-day sick visits—all delivered directly to your home or office.
2. Do I need a membership to be seen?
No. While many clients choose a membership for ongoing, proactive care, we also offer à la carte consultations for urgent needs like sinus infections, travel prep, or lab reviews.
3. What areas do you serve?
We currently serve patients across Northern Virginia, including Arlington, McLean, Fairfax, and surrounding areas, as well as parts of DC and Maryland. If you're outside this region, please reach out to discuss how we might still be able to serve you.
4. What services are included with a membership?
Each membership tier—our Premier, Essential, and Continuum Concierge options—offers a different level of service to suit your unique needs. While the specifics vary by tier (which you can explore in our membership section), all memberships include:
Guaranteed sick visits same or next day (in-person or virtual)
Enhanced care coordination & specialist referrals
Proactive medication & supplement management
Annual EKG & body composition scan
Full, direct access to your physician by text, phone, or in-person for scheduled visits
Access to a network of specialists who can provide consultations at your home or office
5. Do you take insurance?
No. ZinovyMed operates on a direct-pay model. This means no surprise bills, no co-pays, and no insurance approvals. You pay us directly for transparent, personalized care.
6. What if I have a high-deductible insurance plan or an HSA/FSA?
Many of our patients have high-deductible insurance plans and prefer to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for care. While ZinovyMed doesn’t bill insurance directly, most of our services—including memberships, consultations, lab testing, and preventive care—are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We’ll provide you with itemized receipts (superbills) you can submit to your benefits administrator. This setup allows you to receive premium, unhurried care while still making smart use of your health benefits.
7. Can you coordinate specialist care or prescriptions?
Yes. We’ll help you navigate referrals, coordinate with specialists, and manage your prescriptions—all as part of your ongoing care.
8. What kinds of urgent visits do you offer?
We can come to your home or office for:
Sinus infections, flu, and COVID care
UTIs, rashes, or minor injuries
Travel medication and vaccinations
Medication refills or urgent labs
IV fluids and nutrition support
